bilge pump<br \/>Cards in waterproof case\/bag<br \/>Water in a water bottle on deck<br \/>Sun hat\/cap<br \/>Sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm<br \/>Headache pills and other emergency medication<br \/>Storm Cag<br \/>Nut mix, licorice, chocolate<br \/>Phone in waterproof case<br \/>Powerbank<br \/>Camera in your pocket<br \/>Emergency rocket<br \/>Compass on deck<br \/>In packing weeks:<br \/>Multi-day food and drinks &#8211; split into multiple waterproof bags<br \/>Thermos, cup, tea bags, instant coffee<br \/>Knife\/fork\/spoon\/plate\/cup<br \/>Small first aid kit including blister patches<br \/>Electrician tape and duct tape<br \/>Mess kit &#8211; everything you don&#8217;t wear is packed in a 20L waterproof bag in the kayak2-3 sets of extra underwear<br \/>Long sleeve rowing shirts<br \/>Short sleeve rowing shirts<br \/>Robopants (running pants)<br \/>Roja jacket<br \/>Rowing gloves if you are prone to blisters<br \/>Neoprene boots and socks, Crocs or light sandals<br \/>Equipment and clothing for camp\/camping<br \/>A pair of lightweight pants<br \/>T-shirt and sweatshirt<br \/>Underwear and socks<br \/>Minimalist toiletry bag with biodegradable soap, toothbrush &amp;
